Storytelling in marketing and PR
Stefan has trained hundreds of marketing and PR professionals in storytelling as a speaker and trainer over the last 15 years. This in seminars for W&V, RTL Journalistenschule and the Akademie der Deutschen Medien.
As an entrepreneur, he has already founded and successfully built up several companies. Stefan has prepared over 150 tech start-ups for their pitch presentations. He has trained hundreds of marketing and PR professionals in storytelling for W&V and the Akademie der Deutschen Medien. He has also supported numerous SMEs and well-known companies such as Telekom, Siemens, Migros, BMW, TCS, ZKB and many others in in-house workshops and consulting mandates.
The workshop: concentrated knowledge in one day
In the morning, you will learn the basics of storytelling in B2B, B2C and organizations in an entertaining and understandable way.
- Target group and goal - setting the right focus.
- Storytelling: message, structure, methods (hero's journey & design thinking)
- Value proposition: customer-centric storytelling (customer interviews)
- Artificial intelligence: using ChatGPT, Midjourney and co. correctly
- Tips on PowerPoint and Canva
- Tips on presentation skills, body language and rhetoric
- Thinking outside the box: learning from film, social media, start-ups, politics and journalism
In the afternoon, you develop the idea (which you bring with you), put it into a presentation and practise presenting it convincingly live in front of the group.
- Summarize the story as a pitch (with the StoryUp canvas)
- Visualize on PowerPoint
- Use of other stylistic devices (sketches, illustrations)
- The length of the pitches will be agreed with you (90 seconds, 3 minutes, 5 minutes)
- Presenting on stage without fear: Stage presence during keynotes and presentations
Feedback on each pitch is provided by the coach and the whole team.
